This is a Potato Rosti from Three Bags Full in Abbotsford. It’s not on their standard menu so I thought I would give it a try.

Put simply, it was delicious.

The thickly grated potato of the Rosti was crispy on the outside whilst still being moist inside. It paired so well with the cooked smoked salmon done two ways, eggs and pesto tasting sauce. I have been there many times before and this is the first time I have been exceptionally impressed. I think this dish should definitely be added to their standard menu as a permanent selection because this is definitely a winner.
